unable to continue with the adoption, you must notify us immediately. In such cases, the

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious hereditary or congenital
condition within 14 days of purchase, you must contact us immediately and
provide supporting veterinary documentation.

Depending on the situation, we will work with you to reach an appropriate resolution,

  • A replacement puppy when available
  • A full refund, based on the circumstances
